Money ahead of COVID safety

Good morning

After almost 18 months was super excited to fly to St Lucia in Club World (BA0201).

Despite all of the promises of COVID secure to save money BA ignore. Two of the three toilets in Club were out of order and one in premium forcing people to crowd in the galley (whilst food prepared) or walk length of plane to economy toilets in the back.

Food choice was non-existent and poorly prepared (crew couldn’t use galley properly). We ere told they had to save choice for the inbound!!

The inbound was to Gatwick and when we told the crew they immediately said must have been a LHR flight as the planes are being stressed to much.

Despite Sean Doyle telling his we will all love BA again got offered £80 compensation from customer relations. Suggested a more appropriate response was to put us back in Club for inbound and told that isn’t their policy as costs to much!!

at the same time Virgin just matched my gold status, so guess who’s getting my business!
