Apologies, I didn’t mean to suggest the agents couldn’t see other POS inventory, but that they were limited in their ability to ticket using alternate POS. And of course, call centres like India which often get redirected calls from other locations would be able to (and presumably limited to) access the POS of the BAEC centre the call is originating from.
many (7-8?) years ago I recall UK agents being able to change POS to access and use non-UK inventory, but I suspect the policy changed at some point since then because I recall being told by an agent that they cannot use inventory from other POS’s when I tried to get them to switch.
