Not sure where you’re travelling from, but you will likely be exposed to far more ‘dangerous’ phases of your travel than restaurants. I’m also not sure how restaurants in France, Michelin starred or not, are any different in this respect than a sports bar in Detroit, for example. I’d be more concerned about long lines at airports, and so on.
Oh for sure. That is a whole other issue haha. We are flying from California to Berlin > Paris through London. You are correct, the flight/airports are a disaster but some of it can be mitigated. We have booked business class (more spaced) and will not eat and drink minimally through straws for the whole flight so masks won't come off at airport or in the plane (it will SUCK but doable). Just thinking if even by some luck we get through that without exposure, we usually move about with the metro and eat out as our favorite activity. The subway we could keep the N95s on as well but for eating you have to take it off. That's why I asked and wondered :-\
