Does anyone else try and get points by shopping online via estore and sainsburys? as it never ever gives points! seems to track... so it says - but no points. and yes followed all the correct procedure etc .. cookies - etc... anybody else having problems or a solution... every time i have to send invoice etc to them for points - takes ages!
