Can you further explain here so I don't mess it up like I did as I am currently waiting on the TB to return to my account? My goal is to book a flight from ORD to Europe on a partner airline. When I get my TB back, do you suggest booking ORD to any destination in the US then after 24 hours to modify the booking to the Europe destination? Or completely cancel the booking after 24 hours?
