Americans computer system has my wife’s birthday incorrect. We have tried for 3 years to get it changed as it precludes her from using Precheck. We have tried at ticket counters, asked for supervisors, called American numerous times and followed instructions to email copies of passports, drivers licenses ect.. Nothing gets the Bday changed. Any suggestions besides flying to Dallas and going to the corporate offices?
I would have your wife call AAdvantage Customer Service this week during normal business hours (800-882-8880, this is not the normal reservations number); Have her tell them that the personal details are incorrect on her AAdvantage account and need correcting...
