Reservation no longer showing on TK website
Last week I noticed that my reservation for an upcoming trip on TK is no longer visible under "My Flights" when I log into my Miles & Smiles account on the website. Using the PNR or e-ticket # on the "Manage Reservation" page didn't pull up the reservation either and I received an error message asking to try again later.
Fearing the worse, I called the customer service number and was reassured by the agent that my reservation had not been cancelled - she even emailed me a copy of the reservation confirmation. She then tried looking up the same reservation on the website and confirmed seeing the same error message too. I checked my account on the TK app on my phone and was able to view & manage my reservation too.
Scrolling through the posts today, nobody else in the FT community seems to have noticed this ongoing issue with the TK website - Or perhaps they have and accepted it as par for the course with TK's website?
