Not sure what you mean about vouchers being attached to your FB account.
You can use the vouchers by inputting the number while making a booking on AF website, with or without being logged in.
Just make sure the name of the passenger on the trip is the same as the name on the voucher.
By the way, many vouchers can be refunded.
