On Dec 31 they only had 4 pax in C on LAX-NAN (seatmap) and they had at most 10 pax when it departed. In economy it was less than 20% load. They refused to sell upgrades because of catering. I had checked for awards on AA and did not see any starting early December. If they don't offer them on a day like that........
