Unless CAAS changes its rules for June (possibly), as you're arriving from UK, you'd spend 10 hours in the transit holding pen (awful). However, you may make your transit more comfortable by booking the airside Ambassador Transit Hotel at T3 where, as an arrival from UK you'd be escorted there by staff from and to the transit holding pen. You're not allowed to shop or dine at any of the airport's outlets.

BA arrivals can avail of similar booking at, and escort arrangements to and from, Aerotel at T1.
