SQ 305 is not a VTL flight. Therefore, you need to be aware of the requirements for transit in Singapore (https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/transit/overview - including a professionally administered ART test (with certificate) within 2 days of departure on SQ 305) as well as the arrival requirements for DPS whatever they are.

You will not be arriving in Singapore or held in quarantine in Singapore.

In Singapore you will be subject to the stupid Transit Holding Area (https://www.changiairport.com/en/air...rport.html#tha - see "For All Other Passengers").
