I’m still so confused about this (so sorry) - if I am fully vaccinated and book SQ305, which is not designated as a VTL flight - connecting to DPS after 10 hour layover SIN - will I get held up in SIN and either (i) not cleared upon arrival / forced to quarantine or (ii) held in a designated transit area in SIN until 60 min prior to my departure to DPS?

I waited on hold with SQ for :90 min last night and ultimately gave up; tried again this morning, was able to get through…but unfortunately the Associate said she was not fully trained and would need to take my info and inquiry and pass along to another Associate who would reach out to me in 24-48. Ugh!

I’m so sorry for all the questions but it’s been so hard to get answers / clarity on this situation. Thanks to All so much for your insights .
