How the breakfast is set up with Aubaine and how the hotel operates makes me think it would be a no but there is nothing to loose by emailing before arrival.
If you are out of luck there is two Sainsbury's Locals, one Boots and two Tesco Expresses on Queensway. There is also a full service Waitrose at the top of Queensway. Note: the second Tesco further away is nicer and has bigger selection compared to the one outside Bayswater station.
