I have a FTV which contains a BA Companion Voucher. I appear to have been charged £35 x 2 at some point, perhaps when I cancelled the original booking.

I now want to use this voucher to book flights and use the BA Companion voucher.

What are the best numbers to try and get through to BA easily (I’m happy to call international numbers)

Also, will the FTV also contain the £35 x 2 that I was charged?
