This picture from the flightradar article makes me worried, I understand the lounging concept, but unless being a really soft and squishy padding, more like a deep and soft sofa, the angles just don't look conductive for comfortable lounging. Too upright, too little support for lounging.

Then again, you assume some people from the airline have tested it along the way. But were they actually sitting there for 12 hours?
