Quick question based on your experiences: how consistently are they back to full service style? I still reports on YT where they serve the starter and then main in a smaller dish on the black tray, I will be flying SFO-DOH-ZRH in April, hopefully they will have ditched the tray service by then and set the table using full sized plates for the main? Very excited for my first QSuites flights and also to try the wine list. Think have to fast for a few days before and after the flight!
JNB - DOH QR1364 11 FEB - No hot/cold towel, food served on the black tray. They also handed out face shields at the boarding gate which had to be worn during boarding only. Immediately after departure they ran out of all champagne.
DOH - BKK QR838 12 FEB - Hot/cold towel offered, food also served on the tray. Amazing crew!
The main course in the small plates really makes it feel lile an economy main course. The soup and starters on both flights were really nice.
