Also we should sue BA as First is too nice, so people don't mind spongeing out for 7hours in First.

I suggest rip out First, Club World and WT+ and making LHR-New York a one class aircraft and make it so bad that every business traveller would fly Concorde again.

Perhaps a codeshare with Britannia, JMC, or any other dire charter operator.
