Last month I booked award tickets for 3 of us as our first award booking with TK. Reading up I read about the issues with trying to book online (on my computer it wouldn't search for more than one ticket, but on the app I could search for the three tickets) and the issues with phone reservations and payment problems. Figuring I could search for the tickets on my phone I tried to book there but to no avail. So I called a call center and the process took about 30 minutes. The agent was friendly and helpful, but it was super tedious. We had to restart the whole process after we got most of the way through because we hadn't entered middle initials on the tickets. Sent to the paybot and first time card was rejected. Ugh....super worried after hearing issues others had and no where near a TK ticket office where I live. Second time with the bot worked. Had to do 2-3 times with password as I forgot it initially. Now have tickets issued and confirmed with ticket numbers. App is super tedious as well as I always have to plug in all 3 ticket numbers to manage our flights. Seriously hope things go smoothly through our travel!
