Try to the TK app. You need to TK booking ref. to a TK itinerary on TK webpage or app. You can't use the Amadeus PNR/the PNR provided by ANA.
SK AAR All I am doing is signing in to my account on the TK website using my Miles and Smiles number and password. Then I hit "my flights" and it tells me I have no flights. I'm not even using my PNR and I don't see an option on the TK website to search using a booking number.
All I have on my e-ticket from ANA are 205 ticket numbers. I know TK uses 235 numbers but since we booked through ANA I don't have 235 ticket numbers so the iPhone app won't pull up my flights either.
