Not all credits will show up in your e-credits. I have a flight I booked online with a credit card. When I canceled it, I got the email with the ticket number, amount of credit and voucher codes. I can put in the code and use the credit on the Delta website and app. But it isn't listed in my e-credits. Not sure why.
