How long for E-Credit to show up after cancel?
Hey everyone-
I just canceled a European trip and was wondering how long it takes for the e-credit to show up on my account? I received the e-mail with the ticket numbers for the vouchers, but I can't get them to come up on Delta.com. Is there a delay?
I called Delta and even chatted with them via Delta.com. The agents were able to confirm the e-credit is there and the amount. One agent said that since the original ticket was a "pay with miles" ticket that I would have to call to use the e-credit (which seems dumb). The other agent said I should definitely be able to see it on my own... and yet, I still can't.
