Not sure what the issue is IMO...JFK-BOG has a shorter block time than most transcons due to the lack of headwinds. JFK-BOG is well within the A319s range...

JFK-BOG operates with a L-AA A319 equipped with in-seat entertainment, so frankly it isn't that bad of a ride. Y gets a blanket + pillow, and J gets the day blanket + lumbar pillow. Both flights feature a meal service, although due to the lack of ovens in the back, Y only gets a cold meal.
