Seat Guru not finding TK flight + TK not finding my flight
We had a very minor, 10-minute schedule change on TK81 IST-BOS June 16 which also necessitated some seat changes. We booked TK flights in J using ANA miles transferred from Amex.
I confirmed the change with ANA and went to Seat Guru to find the flight and make sure the seats were ok and also to check the (new) aircraft. But Seat Guru is returning "unsanitary code" when I put in the details.
I went on TK's website to see if the seat map was there, signed in with my Miles and Smiles account, and tried to pull up my flight but it tells me I have no flights.
I know I have flights - why won't the TK website pull up my flights? Is it b/c I used ANA? How can I find the seat map and aircraft we are flying now?
