6 hours in an A319

I may be having to do a Bogota-JFK one way. Totally perplexed. Why in the world would AA fly an A319 on this route? I've never been on an A319 for longer than 1000 miles. What is its range? Is this even safe lol

Anyone done this flight? Is it miserable? Just down some drinks in the lounge, take a pill or 2 and hope sleeping in recliner F seats is possible?

Do you get the blanket & pillow like BOG-MIA, 2.5 hours shorter, gets? Just dont think of an A319 flying long haul.

Whats AA's logic throwing this plane on this route? Even if not a 772 like Miami why not something a little more comfortable?
