Anyone able to get certs extended recently? I called back in November to extend them, and the agent was more than willing to do it as a courtesy but told me to wait until my dates were absolutely set to extend them, since it would be 1 year from the day she extended them.

Called in last week, and the agent just said no. Asked to speak to a supervisor and check the notes, and she informed me that she was a supervisor and basically just dismissed me. Didn't apologize, didn't go over the notes, just basically said no and read the terms.

I understand things change, but a simple apology would've been nice since all i did was follow the instructions of the previous agent, and got screwed because of it.

Just wondering if extending certs have been discontinued or if I just got an agent having a bad day or something.
