I don't think this has been mentioned, but there's a Fairfield in Sabaneta, Antioquia, Colombia now. I believe it's only been open for a month or so. It snuck up on me as I'm literally down the street from it and didn't know it existed.

If you don't want to deal with El Poblado, Sabaneta is a great, safe option in Medellin.
