Initially the OTA to politely request them to ticket the booking. Once this was done we phoned the BA gold line who confirmed it had indeed been ticketed, then we were able to book seats on the MH website. After that they appeared in the QR app, however still no access to MMB on the QR app. The booking is all visible on the BA app however.
