Think I'll take a break from steak tonight. Hadn't noticed this before but Jasmine at the Bellagio's has a sign above it that reads "Cantonese Cuisine." Hm, never noticed that before until now. Leaning towards dining there tonight and see if I cross the good luck seafood fare off the list, e.g., fish, lobster, shrimp, scallops and, hopefully, if they have it, abalone. I suppose, it would be too much to hope for to find Shark's Fin soup in there.

Very festive here with the plethora of huge gold coin trees, red lanterns galore, huge golden lions and new year display at their grand courtyard and CNY music. I even see Chinese characters all over the place. I need to see if I can find some red socks to wear today...
