I haven't been to a BK in awhile, but Dunkin' definitely supports contactless in all of the locations I've been recently. All standalone and airport (HMS Host) Starbucks locations definitely support contactless as do ones inside retailers that support it such as Safeway.
Although I've been using the app more for the deals (which supports Apple Pay), the various BKs around me all support it, but I think it's more of a franchisee decision to leave it enabled on capable terminals, rather than chainwide (hence no advertising for the capability).
