I've also never had a refund. Essentially, Mytrip broke contract law and stole my money.
If you decide to take it further, for example the Swedish Consumer Board, or just the EU Small Claim's. You also have a relationship to the airline that can't be nullified by the ticket cancellation because a cancelled flight established a liability between yourself and the airline. It will be easier to go after the airline than Mytrip/ETraveli. Perhaps there's even a more established civil procedure between DK-SK given the close links between those two countries. -Please let me know by PM!
This is how I got my $ from my CC issuers for flights booked via Supersaver:
You need to have some sort of documentation that TK has issued a refund, then you go to your credit card issuer to open a dispute case. My CC issuer (IKANO) told me that if the travel agency said they refused to pay they will carry out a chargeback. Supersaver was super irresponsive so I filed a DOT complaint and the airline replied that they have already refunded them a long time ago.
