I signed up for it so I can use my credit and also for the cooking but am lucky if I access the site a couple times a month. I had a big credit on my sirus account that I used up so now that is going to start eating away at the credit and I want to get peacock and cancel the NYT.

The site will not allow you to cancel you online. They tell you to call and if you can get through you are on hold for over an hour and I have to hang up and there is a chat function but when I enter it I can never get anyone to respond.

Anyone have any luck cancelling the subscription? I'm seriously thinking of printing out the chat box since it has the time you entered the chat showing no response and contesting the charges next time it posts to am ex. This is absurd. They sure don't have a problem with you signing up without talking to a human
