Non-CX Award Change Fee (same destination, different airline & date))
Self-explanatory headline that I can't find the answer for on the Asia Miles website:

If I'm looking to change my award ticket to a different date and a different airline, but the same origin and destination - what fee do they charge? Is it equivalent to cancelling and making a new booking?

I understand that if it's only a date change, but same airline and route, then the change fee is 25 USD?
