North Texas Regional up in Dennison has a long enough runway (it's the old military base) but I don't think it has any kind of terminal setup. But maybe Southwest could build sort of simple two room terminal for them there similar to a place like TXK which serves American Eagle. They could probably serve AUS/HOU from there to start.
