They are getting worse that is for sure. Try booking a flight with cash, online. System is full of bugs and never works. Try using miles - 0 availability. Looking for BKK to LHR. No seats. The BKK to MCT leg is full. Okay. Try BKK-CDG, can get a ticket. The BKK leg is empty. What?! It is the same flight to MCT. Whole thing is a joke.
