Hi everyone! Just wanted to ask if returning double vaccinated Canadians are allowed to go out of YVR airport when there is a 22 hours layover. This would be from Narita to Vancouver then 22 hours layover with final destination as Toronto. Your kind answers and suggestion from experiences recently are greatly appreciated.
