Grand Hyatt is the best as a Globalist. You can most likely getting an upgrade to a suite. I never missed upgrading to a suite.

Hyatt House in Belmar/Lakewood is not in downtown but close to Red Rocks, you can probably get upgraded to studio or 1bdrm suite. Whole Food and Target are a block away and there are restaurants/shops around the hotel. Parking is free also.
