I have been using USBs fir a few years now and never had an issue until two days ago. I bought a card from kroger and immediately felt something was off. The expiration date was 2027 unlike other cards with expiration in 2030. In any case, I called to change the pin and the system immediately transferred me to a rep. The rep wouldn't do anything saying that I need to validate via the automated system. I couldn't for the love of god explain to them that there is no automated system. The system just transfers to a live rep as soon as I enter the number. I cant even register it online as it gives an error. Now I have spent more than 7 hours with different reps who say that they are transferring me to a supervisor and after an hour on hold, the system hangs up. Anyone has dealt with this issue? Any advise?
