How long to cancel a flight and get refund or credit?
I kicked off a refund request on 2/2. Delta was totally up front and said they would try to process in 7 days but it could be as long as 30. Is there an average time for refunds/credits these days? No one will die if I have to wait 30 days but I was hoping to book my next flight, RDU-FCO in September.
