My pure speculation here is that this is for GS who would have "qualified" outright in 2021 or some combo of 2020/1. I really haven't stopped travelling much outside of Mar-Sep in 2020 and even then that year cleared $35K in UA qualifying spend. I would be interested to know if anyone who hasn't received the bonus was basically home-bound and is GS now objectively due to the extensions.
