Checked out via app today and resort fees didnt get removed. Had to call in on the way to the airport and they still said no. Also double checked if my Hyatt number is associated and they also said no but was able to add it over the phone. So I'm gonna have to escalate this. The $100 dining credit was reflected on the folio so that was good.
