TSA count was close to 85% of 2019 in late December and is now closer to 70%, corporate travel bookings had gotten to 80% of 2019 but then dropped to 40% in early Jan but is climbing again at 50% this week. Hence the empty planes and pushed out increase of international capacity.
I think that that will turn around quickly as Omicron fades in the US and people become even more eager to resume their normal lives, including travel.
