Sadly the red wine had been refrigerated (why do that?!) so didn’t bother asking for a refill, but noted that no second wine run was done, therefore it would have needed to have been requested.

My tray also contained a random NOP item which looked like a croissant.

I know many people on here don’t enjoy afternoon tea but personally I’d have preferred it over the sausage roll.
