I have benefited greatly from this partnership as a CK who was gifted Globalist. I had not been a Hyatt user before (generally Marriott or IHG based on status), but this gave me a reason to try them and overall I've been impressed.

While their footprint is not great and my business travel has been cut drastically for 2 years, I have stayed at a dozen Hyatts for leisure. Upgrades, breakfast, waived resort fees, (generally) great service... I hope this program continues past this year.
