RE: App check in and check out

The one time I've used the App check in feature, I didn't receive EQNs, and had to b*itch up the chain all the way up to my host until it was ultimately unresolved. Not suggesting this will be the case for any of you, but I'm the sort where if it doesn't work the first time, I ain't doing it again, ever. However, I have always received EQNs with in person check in and using the App check out feature--so, for me, that's ok.
