I would not wait till the airport, and rather call to check. One time I called ahead and although the reservation was confirmed, the ticket had not been reissued. Second time I discovered the issue at the airport. Again I have a confirmed reservation after a schedule change, but this time LH systems still showed me on my original itin (one flight was not even operational). It could not be fixed at checkin, but meant a detour to the ticketing desk and I nearly missed my flight.
