This is going to be abused. It's completely subjective. I guess if the flight attendant believes you're taking too long between chews, you're getting a card. Off to jail with you.

This is why I still haven't set foot on an airline since this mess started. It's no wonder private enplanements continue to rise. No point in risking being thrown in the hole because of a power tripping flight attendant.
This is why the "national" don't fly list Ed wants will never happen. It would never pass constitutional muster as each airline has separate policies and each FA interprets different.
