I have found no other source or announcement anywhere else about the end of the program, and the vuelo seguro site is still up. It is also still being listed as a requirement on Aeromexico's and VivaAerobus' websites.

Has anyone seen any sort of announcement that the requirement was rescinded?

Edit: I am seeing a cryptic note on IATA's "Covid-19 Travel regulations Map*(powered by Timatic) - "Published 04.01.2022 Covid-19 entry regulations lifted on 1 January 2022"
It is no loner required. Period. I live in Mexico.
