Is anyone here familiar with this property and why it's currently closed? They just taking it easy because of COVID before opening back up, remodeling, or something else?

I see conflicting info online about when the property will reopen - their tripadvisor listing says Jan 6, 2022, which is obviously out of date as they're still closed; their website doesn't give a date, but sometimes you can go through their booking search and see scattered availability as soon as this week or next; 22 days in March show availability, but all of April is blacked out; scattered days in May show as unavailable. Normally I'd figure those blacked out days are just sold out, but because of all the different information on how long they'll be closed for and when they'll reopen it's difficult to tell. E-mails to them have gone unanswered, as well.
