I signed up this morning.

Getting the account is pretty straightforward and it shows up in my dashboard straight away.

First three issues I ran across:

1.) Can't fund it or set up transfer accounts with my WFB account. I get an error "Sorry - names don't match on accounts" My Wells Fargo is a joint account so true the names do not match and Amex doesn't offer a joint account option (that I can find anyway)
2.) I can't set up auto deposit as I need to provide a copy of a voided check to my payroll service (ADP) Other than buying checks - for which I couldn't find an option to do - there's no way I can auto deposit.
3.) I can't link my Amex Savings account. It goes through the process, finds the account, sends me text authentication - all of that - then it comes back saying "can't complete"

That leaves using a photo of a check to fund the account which means every time I need to deposit money I need to write myself a WFB check to deposit in Amex. Or transfer to Amex Savings then onto Amex Checking

If anyone has any way around these please advise.
