As Platinum AA, I have been on hold for one hour and 23 minutes and I am still holding. The offer to call me back was for 2 hours and 59 minutes or longer. Not sure which is a better option. If there is a good option!

I have a ticket that I can only cancel by calling reservations so I must call.
